Anger can be experienced in either healthy or unhealthy ways.  Recognizing your behavior patterns is the first step to making a change.

Mandatory Parent Component for all age groups

Parents will learn skills that will help them guide their children in a variety of situations.  All participants will complete this series with a better understanding of their own anger and healthy skills for managing their anger.

Topics include:

Understanding and Identifying Anger

Constructive vs. Destructive

Triggers—What sets you off

Empowering youth to make healthy choices

Programs meet on Wednesday evenings in

5-week sessions throughout the school year.

Programs are divided by age group

(9 –12 & teens)

This program helped my daughter and I begin communicating more.  She would take time to stop and think before acting, and I would learn to talk and not just yell all the time.  Karen, mother of a 10 year old
