Releasing Anger through Creative Expression

Anger can be experienced in either healthy or unhealthy ways. Recognizing your behavior patterns is the first step to making a change.
Mandatory Parent Component for all age groups Parents will learn skills that will help them guide their children in a variety of situations. All participants will complete this series with a better understanding of their own anger and healthy skills for managing their anger. |

Programs meet on Wednesday evenings in 5-week sessions throughout the school year.
Programs are divided by age group (9 –12 & teens) |

New Participants If you are interested in registering for a program, you need to schedule an IFA—Initial Family Assessment for you and your child with one of our program staff.
Program Costs Sunshine offers payment plans, sliding scale, sponsorship opportunities for all programs (pending funding) we will ALWAYS work with a family and NEVER turn anyone away for financial reasons. Adult Anger Management also available by one of our Family Specialist for mandated clients |
