Safe Kids Workshops

• Our aim is to enhance social/life skills that will help children to be more successful socially
• Workshops provide the effective use of many prevention techniques to enhance social skills, build self-esteem, and enrich parent/child communication skills.

Topics Include:

Problem Solving
Dealing with Peer Pressures
Anger Management & Assertive training
Dealing with Bullies and Teasing
Healthy friendship and relationship skills
Building Self esteem and self confidence

Social Skills/Life Skills Training

We offer age-appropriate workshops utilizing a variety of creative avenues including, The "Friends from Sunshine Center", the nationally recognized "second step" and "Be Cool" curriculums for participants ages  5-8 and 9-12. 

Our parenting component provides the opportunity for parents/guardians to learn how they can better help their children in this area. 

Workshops are run by highly qualified, trained facilitators..
