Shared experiences of helping others are inspiring to us all. Our website is a tribute to the ways in which service is meaningful to helpers in recovery. By helping others, you’ll be helping yourself too. If you are a professional, you’ll find a wealth of information of how helping helps the helper and related resources. Our work explores the many ways individuals help others as a part of their program of recovery. We examine this dynamic mechanism of behavioral change, which is vital to live another day sober.
